Immense employee turnover coupled with totally harebrained hiring/promotion/firing decisions devoid of any common sense or logic. Hypocrisy and self-contradiction are at a baffling level -completely unqualified people get promoted to supervisory positions that are unnecessarily created while there are not enough employees to do the actual work. People are being let go who are sometimes the only employees in a position, with no replacement. We are told the company is in a 'hiring and promotion freeze' at the same time as people are getting promoted and there are multiple positions being advertised on the company website.

Upper management is the worst and runs the sales department like it was some 1980's boiler room and doesn't understand that selling roofing is a relationship business and not treated like if you miss a month budget you are fired! It is running off favoritism and treats other sales reps unfairly. This company is not being ran for the future but only to show enough profit by cutting good employees so they can sell it to some unlucky buyer. So don't be fooled with all the fancy commercials about how great this place is, because it's NOT!
