SRS is growing rapidly, which means it can sometimes feel high-pressure with tight deadlines and quick changes. For certain roles like roof loaders or drivers - it can be physically demanding, especially in extreme weather conditions and may not be suitable for everyone. Communication can also be a challenge because we have a large network of branches - but this has been improving!
