Business Outlook
Pros
Great pay, good people. Small company feel (at least to me). They've been improving since I've been here, and I can see things heading in a better direction, but it is a slow go.
Cons
Outdated systems, IT, poor company performance (partly driven by economic conditions, but also seems somewhat driven by management). As previously stated, changes are slow to happen, but that is to be expected from a company this size. It is foreign owned, which can sometimes cause issues. Primary issue seems like lack of communication.
