Salary, benefits, and I need 3 more pros but cannot think of any.

Cons

SSAB is a giant fight club. Culture clashes and power grabs between Europe and Americas over organizational styles and basic administrative functions. Too many mid and senior level management who are playing games and destroying value in the process.
