      Pros

      Impact made is felt on a daily basis. Most coworkers are great. Decent work life balance. Ability to work hybrid.

      Cons

      Management turnover is constant. It seems to be the SSM management way to be hands to handling any issues with staff not meeting expectations. This leads to resentment and frustration to staff who go above and beyond.
