      Good compensation Great work-life balance Benefits are good, health insurance is okay but affordable, they contribute to retirement Remote worker status is nice, but you can't work from just anywhere in US, which is disappointing

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth in certain roles Leadership does not always give clear vision or direction

      The pay was reasonable and there was overtime.

      Cons

      The workload was generally high and should have been the responsibility of 2 persons in that role, as it had been.

      Flexibility with Schedule, great team of nurses

      Cons

      The nurse to patient ratios were unsafe and the burnout was palpable. The wrong people were being promoted and placed in leadership positions for the wrong reasons.
