Pros

-Several coworkers go above and beyond for patients -Supervisors work hard to make sure all staff are rounded on frequently -Improvements are being made to the facility to make it nicer for patients and staff -Cost of living raises have been evaluated for registered nurses within the last year. - "Hot jobs" have also been evaluated for raises as well.

Cons

-Facility is older and always and lots of the equipment is older and frequently needing repairs.
