Very few opportunities to move up. Must change teams for pay raise more than the yearly amount.

Pros

Admin work in nice office setting with various levels of management.

Cons

Decreased office space to make room for more admin creating cramped and dingy setting for working in a small room with multiple other admin asst staff. Mold in office and dank smell.
