      No advancement opportunities between entry-level and high-level

      Pros

      -Good entry-level pay, higher than comparable positions at other companies -Strong benefits, good paid time off and full coverage for health/dental/eye -A lot of work-from-home opportunities

      Cons

      -No "mid-range" jobs exist, which prevents you from working your way "up the ladder" from the bottom -Health insurance requires you to visit SSM doctors or pay outrageous prices -They're gradually degrading/gutting the 403(b) retirement

      Pros

      Great work environment with growth opportunities. I work with very compassionate staff that work together as a team to manage patient care. I am currently working with ambulance transportation invoices that I research to assist in managing the bottom dollar. I coordinate best practices within the Case Management team and assist all department units as needed.

      Cons

      In all honesty, I don't have any cons about working here at St. Mary's Health Center. The only thing that may come to mind is the fact that the Franciscan Sisters are no longer on campus and they always inspired all staff which is a wonderful support system.
