It is difficult to come up with "cons", but I would say the management turnover in the pharmacy during my last year there made things a bit difficult for our department. Expectations would change without seeking much input from the staff.

Worst micro managers ever! Focus on things that are not important to patient outcomes, lots of favoritism, some hourly staff can come and go at will leaving the floor uncovered because they are friends with manager; no regard for staff work load or satisfaction. Some physicians need to retire, not practicing up to current standards.
