You have to wake up really early. most the time your hours are really early or really late and the stress is high, team leaders can be verbally abusive sometimes.

Could work as many hours as I liked, I was looking to save money so worked 60+ hour weeks a few times and they were happy to accommodate me

Cons

It wasn't a chef job where you are passionate about food. It is about producing as much food as possible as quickly as possible. A high turnover rate due to that stressful environment.
