The negative aspects of this company far outweighed any positives. The core issues are systemic and severe: Pervasive Unprofessionalism: The workplace culture is rife with unprofessional conduct, including frequent, unchecked instances of bullying and discrimination that go completely unaddressed. HR Department is In Name Only: While an HR department technically exists, it is functionally useless. It offers no meaningful support, protection, or resources for employees facing serious issues. Repeated attempts to seek help were ignored. Insincere and Ineffective HR Staff: The HR representatives, who often project an image of being employee-centric on professional networks like LinkedIn, are insincere in practice. They fail to take serious complaints seriously, effectively siding with problematic individuals and leaving employees vulnerable. Management Inaction: The toxic environment is enabled and perpetuated by management's consistent failure to act. They are aware of the issues but choose to ignore them, fostering a culture of fear and silence.
