Pros

Good training if they want to develop you but you are just used then as a slave who is being paid minimum wage to carry out tasks The managers should be doing

Cons

Everything !! Horrible hours, no lunch breaks due to being too busy, they don’t have enough money to pay for the staff therefore you must suffer, no money to buy glasses / ice machine (how can a bar run without these???) yet you are still expected to cope

Pros

Some of the employees you work alongside are good people, among the sea of incompetent people

Cons

Quit within 3 months because of overall environment and work ethics they show. The leaders/higher management treat others like they are the least important people and does not show genuine care for others and their wellbeing Has not properly informed us on basic information that we, as employees of the selected outlet, should know about and seems like they are making it up as they go Do not bother with this company, they will not care about the time and effort you put into the work, let alone praise their employees everyday, which I have never seen. Will always think about how this company is run and will make an example out of them

Pros

My manager was amazing, supportive funny and hardworking.

Cons

Head office do not know what they are doing! Stores having to place orders and work on computers that can barely open an email. Complete lack of communication between head office and stores. Price changes would be found out by customers questioning staff when the labels didn’t match the till! Team leaders are paid slightly more but are expected to act as assistant managers for close to minimum wage. More care taken to coffee machines than staff. Avoid at all costs!!
