Pros

Successful company, will learn a lot v quickly, good exposure to senior levels, nice colleagues, if you are good they will support career progression. Abundance of opportunities in different roles throughout business and globally.

Cons

Extremely cost sensitive, good for profits but can lack some benefits you may get at other companies. Can be v high pressured/ need to be thick skinned. Had some culture issues which they are working to resolve. Remains to be seen if they will change. Quite corporate in a sometimes old fashioned way.

Fast paced, friendly colleagues, supporting line manager

Cons

Not enough hours exclusively during busy summer season with holidaymakers and travellers really busy during the summer months. Not guaranteed progression.

Hi, thank you for taking time to leave a review for us. We have a lot of people who join us for temporary contracts in the peak summer months in our airport sites, due to the uplift in business we experience in 'holiday season', so for those on temporary fixed term contracts they will come to an end when the business resumes to usual levels. If you were to return in a permanent position we do have development routes to progress into leadership roles if that's what you're looking for in your career.
