50% off at KFC Burger King and some Starbucks in train stations/airports. Also in any Millie's Cookies franchise and 20% off at M&S.

Cons

Minimum wage. Bad management. Not organised. No respect for others.

I'm sorry to read your less positive comments around your experience in the unit. I see you are an existing colleague but not sure which unit you are in. If you would like to discuss further we have a HR helpline you can call or email (please check portal / connections), or other support managers you could talk to. We do have a colleague incentive scheme in place where you can earn additional money to supplement your hourly rate, and other benefits including SSP discounts and external online and high street retailers and service providers. I started as a team member part time whilst studying. I have now been with the company nearly 10 years and have been promoted to GM. I have been able to work in various SSP brands and their franchises too. I have had opportunities to work in different areas in the UK and even abroad.

It can be a demanding job but what managerial roles aren’t
