Pros
A part from making some friends who are on the same "boat" I can´t think of any pros at all.
Cons
Not a place to make a career or to learn any thing. Basic wages. Always understaffed. Poor management who don´t care about anything. Rude customers but according to SSP policy you need to smile at them like a piece of .... Poor environment especially at Euston Station (way to get the goods in during nights when the station closed and the only way how to get it in is through out the basement sometimes with lift out of order), rats and other pests around the store and basement warehouse (it is not really pleasant). No facilities to take a break or rest no toilets near the Network Rail, (station security) ,making your hard work even harder by bullying you for nothing. Especially Allan, a station manager from Euston.
