Whilst it does suit a large portion of our work force, we appreciate life in travel environments isn't for everyone as it often means early starts or late shifts, and we do have incentives to enhance basic rates, which are compliant with the government guidelines. We do get some turnover as we have a lot of students who apply to work for us in their holidays and in the peak seasons but we're focused on improving retention for our permanent colleagues and offer opportunities to develop and progress.
