Pros

The only plus are coleagues you work with in the shift and it makes you sad to see everyone running away from this company.

Cons

Worst company ever. Lower salary than in other companies, always not enough staff so you have to work for two or three people, meantime managers and supervisors sits in the office, and you'll never even get thank you for this. Stupid work hours, not flexible schedules.

Pros

You get to know immediately you have made life time bad decision joining them. Good place to work of you are used to agreeing everything without caring your opinion, or even better if you do not have any opinion at all, actually - yes sir behaviour

Cons

Technology wise they are still using 80's concepts. You will find huge DB's with hundreds of tables with no keys defined. They absolutely no nothing about modern software development trends. If you suggest something for the improvement, it is take by the 'management' as challenge rather than a sincerer suggestion. The directors seem to be non technical because the development department is monopolized by a couple of manipulative amateurs. I have seen first place throughout my career who develop directly on production environment. Heads tend not to grant access on the things like databases, server etc, and still expect you to produce work like popcorn machine. Management are sometimes rude, misbehaved and ill mannered. Old technologies, no awareness of best practices, preferring quantity over quality - go for it if you love these kind of thing. Simply, the place is to ruin your profile if you are a professional.
