Pros

Team members and Team Leaders are nice and funny people. Managers try their best to keep up satisfied.

Cons

This is a bad company. The management keeps making the job worst and worst. They decrease our hours, letting us go sooner if its not busy at the shop and they become more and more demanding from us until the point that the shops are not working properly. Now they to impose age discrimination by avoid hiring over 25s. Avoid this company by any cost.

Cons

Having the deal with people that think the world owes them something because of the color of their skin or the country they came from or for whatever lame-ass reason favoritism unfair practices management that don't have a clue what they're doing having to use the restroom behind some pig that pees all over the toilet seat because they're so disrespectful having to hide your work tools from your station when you leave for 5 minutes so people will not steal it the list goes on and on and on

-Hire extremely quickly( barely had an interview) if you need the money , when hours are flowing they really flow!( -interesting and fast paced environment -Meeting some interesting people

Cons

-Plenty work and low wages - Not good company to work for great career opportunities - Management do not care about employes - Not much training to be honest - No uniform (you provide it yourself really) - Rota is completed weekly, on occasions the day before a shift for whatever reason.
