      Worst management and leadership I've seen for a large coporation, can't keep employees for much more than under a year.

      Pros

      SSP America has an amazing concept right. Go into community high-traffic consumer areas, such as airports, and promote the local businesses from that city.

      A potentionally growing Company around North America

      Cons

      YVR Management do not care about employees - tell them they are all replaceable. Inexperienced Management do not know anything about the jobs their employees do. Extremely poor HR department. No such thing as employee rights.
