You can very quickly understood how is to be "member of team" in lowest position, its mean -working for 2 people, everything for minimal money, no tips, hours starts at early mornings- 5.00am. All the time they request to doing special online courses pass exams about health and safety at work after hours (unpaid). We had a sewage issues at our unit-water ve been everywhere on the floor, but they dont care!Now we have to work in unit where is low degree and you can not wear outdoors jackets, of course when you will fall ill-they wont pay your bonus! AVOIIIIIDDDD. Very stressfull, unpleasant, greedy , unfair and fraudulent company! that I decide to wrote this review.

Can't think of anything but I need to put five words here!

Cons

Poor pay, treated like slaves. No recognition, lots of blame. Won't arrange shifts to meet personal needs like dental appointments. Expected to work any time, any day at a moments notice. Refused access to bonus scheme. If I could give a zero rating I would!
