I made some good friends at the company. Should you wish to be promoted and move up the ladder this is reasonable - within Hospitality. Flexible working. Minor discounts.

Cons

This company has poor service. Working at Starbucks barely out of university the manager’s worked us around. Especially the operational manager Shohaib. Any concerns were ignored, and never asked or cared the staff are. Ignored and downplayed serious situations. Severe lack of training.

I work for them as a part time worker because I am student so I would say tje salary is really good for a part time job as a student. The wages also increased every year I was there.

Cons

The communication can be improved.
