Pros

No cash handling requirement its all automated

Cons

The cooks got paid more than the managers, and the company does not hire enough cooks to staff the lines so the managers, who are paid less, are expected to work the lines hours every day. You also have to tack on an additional 30 minutes + onto your commute time due to having to park a mile away and get on a monorail that does not always get you there in time.

Thieves

Pros

Good money, being at an airport and garunteed customers. Having to work with such horrible management has made us rely on each other to get through our shifts. Creating life long friendships . Having worked there for a decent amount of time and working with others who have worked there for 10+ years. At one point we all truly cared about our jobs so much and were constantly advocating for ourselves and for our guests, so we can provide great service and have a great work environment. After years and years of zero acknowledgement and little to no respect from management it’s hard to maintain confidence in their leadership. Major contributor to the negative and toxic work environment we experienced.

Cons

They’re thieves. They have zero regard for employees. Horrible toxic working environment. Asked multiple times to have my PTO accrual looked at and fixed because I was obviously missing hours. Never heard back. Blatant and clear favoritism where others can do what they want while some are still held to CBA and company policies. They do not care about quality for their guests. They care about making the most amount of money. They are the epitome of Corporate business and are a great example of what is wrong with society.

Disjointed management with unrealistic expectations No pay raises Will expect you to do the work of 4 people for dirt cheap
