Pros

It's a fast paced job, like that they have bids allows to access experience in different restaurants, never a slow day always working

Cons

Management needs a little work with communicating with their employees, scheduling needs work as well some days it's over staffed other days it's understaffed

Pros

Mandatory raises for hourly employees, 40 hours a week, overtime when nobody shows up (happens a lot), flexible bid schedules based on seniority.

Cons

Lots of micromanaging from higher-ups, seniority based favoritism, no holidays off unless they are regularly scheduled off days, high turnover, pays for public transportation then keeps you after buses stop running with threats of write-ups, insubordinate coworkers not getting penalized.
