Pros

Money is decent and you can jump on empty legs every once and a while.

Cons

Its a frat house where only those who make friends with VP/C levels are favored. Negotiate your salary high and dont expect a raise. Also, they probably spend $600-$1000 a day going out to lunch on themselves.

Pros

Great Pilots and check airmen, good layovers, home most nights. Everybody except management great!

Cons

Lousy Management When they get rid of aircraft your done! Charge Training Contact, even for long time employees transitioning aircraft type. Vacation, forget it. Seem to think with your days of no vacation needed, even when they advertise 2 weeks a year. Work your tail off for them, they don't care, when their done with you ....Your Gone...No Loyalty.

Management staff does not have a lot of work to do, relies on accountants to do the work for them. Friends are not good people to hire. Hired too many staff to soon, just to get managements job done. Management Very unprofessional with the firing process. No severance package.
