Great Pilots and check airmen, good layovers, home most nights. Everybody except management great!

Cons

Lousy Management When they get rid of aircraft your done! Charge Training Contact, even for long time employees transitioning aircraft type. Vacation, forget it. Seem to think with your days of no vacation needed, even when they advertise 2 weeks a year. Work your tail off for them, they don't care, when their done with you ....Your Gone...No Loyalty.

Incredibly unprofessional - bad mouthing employees in front of others, nonstop gossip, moving goal posts. Zero training - they're "too busy" to train, expect full industry knowledge within months, "we love when you ask questions", gets annoyed when you ask questions Both their recruiter, and the management lied about the position, work life balance (spoiler there is none), insane turnover (7 in 2025 alone), growth opportunity (yes, you guessed it there was zero) In my 20 years working professionally, this was the worst work environment. If a recruiter tells you about a Staff Accountant position in aviation, politely decline and ask for a new recruiter.
