Management doesn't not fully train for the position as they should. Was doing not only my work but the managers work as well. I worked 11-12 hour days M-F (was on call for weekends) manager would work roughly 7 hours and leave for camping or personal reasons. I was never compensated for having to use personal phone for company purposes.

There are many opportunities for people who like to work.

Cons

Many if the employee's are very lazy complain about everything. Some left and went to Fist and had the exact same complaints. They're just miserable people.
