If you want to work as a staff member that has way more responsibility than a Driver and MAKE LESS THAN A DRIVER, THEN WORK HERE! IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH AND THEN DISPOSED LIKE TRASH ON A TUESDAY MORNING, WORK HERE! Management, especially higher ups do not care about you, you are just a number to them. Avoid this place at all costs. If you think they care, then you are delusional.

Pay could be better and employer and school district could backup up their drivers more. Need more drivers and monitors. Child behavior on some routes is horrendous.
