      The kids are wonderful. You absolutely have the opportunity to make a huge difference in their lives as well as their parents' lives.

      They underpay for the amount of work that you do. The hours are also right in the middle of the day which makes it hard to find a second job so that

      Difficult to manage kids most of the time, not a lot of initial training, a lot of driving, not a lot of hours (maximum of 15 hours per week for after school program)
