Pros
I think what makes coming to work every day at STAT is the people. Everyone at the office is friendly, genuine, and easy going, and that makes coming to work every day pretty cool. There's so much opportunity to learn and grow, and it's evident that leadership wants you to take advantage of that. Everyone here wants to be the best at what they do. Not in a competitive, trip her while she's accepting her crown kind of way. More like: everyone is passionate and dedicated to what makes them tick, and that translates into some really incredible team making and product. Perks are pretty great, too: stocked kitchen, coffee, beer and wine on tap, bean bags galore. Plus, you can bring your dog to work. I mean. That's enough right there.
Cons
There is a ton of opportunity for the company to implement a more comprehensive onboarding system, one that won't leave newcomers struggling to understand the ropes for everything STAT. Especially if your background is not grounded in SEO.
