      those creating the actual product know the classroom and what students need

      Cons

      just a place for doers. you will be contributing very little to the overall strategy.

      Pros

      Sales team is willing to share ideas/collaborate/help each other out. There are a lot of nice, smart people in this organization. Technology tools available to individual sales people are top notch (SalesLoft, ClearSlide, Vidyard).

      Cons

      Texas/adoption states are the primary focus here, and while that is hopefully changing, it can be very difficult to for reps to break into other territories. Also, the marketing department is not as supportive to sales as they could/should be.

      Pros

      New CEO and other chiefs have listened to all departments and aware of deficiencies and strengths. There are some very loyal account managers who love the product and fight to make it right with customers. Actual products are solid and competitive.

      Cons

      Company is not immune to problems others have or are experiencing with supply chain, inventory, and integrations. All areas are/have been/will be addressed. Benefits can be improved and glad discussions are taking place for next year.
