Pros
The culture at STEMscopes (now called Accelerate Learning) was great when I first started and is still pretty great today, though not as much. This is due to the fact that the company has recently grown significantly in size, leading to a less tight knit group and a few individuals who are not as friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable to be around as the high demand for hiring individuals superseded the usually (seemingly) more stringent hiring process. Overall, I love my fellow employees and the passion they show for their work.
Cons
Due to the growth in the company, the office is in a large building with other companies' office. We are too big to fit in a single office suite, however, leading us to take up three different suites (two on the 10th floor and one on the 11th)
