Met a few nice people.

Everything you need to know is in these other reviews. Worst leadership imaginable (mid level managers are excluded but terribly hindered by sr leaders), horribly in efficient processes, consistently miss customer deadlines, huge quality issues, etc. Non managers work hard but feel more like hamsters on a rusty wheel than winners crossing the finish. DON’T DO IT. Do not put yourself through the misery of working here.

The products that STEMscopes offers are cost effective. Competitive salary and bonus structure.

Cons

Horrible culture. Suggestions or input from employees or customers are not welcomed by the internal teams. Passive aggressive attitude starts from top down. Colleagues were in tears due to the way management and teammates treated them. If you are looking for high pressure, unrealistic expectations with bullying, this is the company for you.

Product was great but competitors have caught and passed STEMscopes.

Cons

Successful companies hire because of influence, productive relationships, experience, not STEMscopes they hire people they can control and will fire you quickly if you do not fall in line. HR is a total joke, everything you say goes straight back to management and management does not want to hear anything negative. Customers beware, ask who develops STEMscopes' platform.
