They set up their junior tech talent up for failure pretty much immediately by outsourcing many senior roles halfway across to world. This both severely limits mentorship/teamwork due to time zone limitations and means there is zero room for growth. And then when that predictably fails, they blame the juniors and turn them over like pancakes. It’s an organizational nightmare, and the recent layoffs were not surprising. Also, management did a very poor job of giving honest feedback.

The worst job I have ever worked in my entire career. Pay is pitiful, commission is insulting, micromanagement is out-of control, and the level of toxicity in this company rivals Chernobyl. I know of 4 people in the company who had to go to mental health therapy as a direct result of working at this place. Management should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat their employees. My advice? Avoid working in this cesspool of incompetence at all costs. Hopefully the new CEO will see where the real issues are.
