Company offers a hybrid schedule.

Cons

Upper management changes yearly. Company doesn't seem to have a clear action plan and never sticks to the plan. Poor communication. No real diversity amongst upper management.

They have a great suite of solutions for districts that are research-backed.

Cons

As long as Marcia is the CRO I wouldn’t recommend working here. The company culture went from positive and uplifting to everyone walking on pins and needles in an environment lead by fear and intimidation. Everyone is looking for a way out which is unfortunate since the ALI products are great solutions.
