Less work load during "off" season.

Cons

The company continues to lay employees off in waves, while also simultaneously posting new job listings. The work load for those remaining is out of control. I feel for anyone still employed with STEMSCOPES as they have to wake up everyday overworked and worried about being the next ones laid off.
