Pros

The office environment is fantastic especially after some upgrades they made to the office in 2018/19. The people are very creative and want to deliver a quality product. Some work from home is allowed which is wonderful.

Cons

Management is slow to respond to employee concerns, a big one being pay. If you contract at all for this company pay can be slow and they are not always proactive about making sure you receive your pay in a timely manner. It also seems that some people have been placed in management positions because of how long they have been with the company and have never been reevaluated in any critical way to make sure that they suit the role. Unfortunately, that leads to a lot of incompetencies and over-hiring of contractors to compensate.

Accelerated Learning has a suite of fantastic products. The product [curriculum & professional development] creators are extremely intelligent and some executive managers are quite inspiring.

Cons

My immediate manager fostered a negative environment and company edged to profits-only mentality. Further, salaries and titles for experienced and talented personnel below industry levels.
