      Pros

      They have a great suite of solutions for districts that are research-backed.

      Cons

      As long as Marcia is the CRO I wouldn’t recommend working here. The company culture went from positive and uplifting to everyone walking on pins and needles in an environment lead by fear and intimidation. Everyone is looking for a way out which is unfortunate since the ALI products are great solutions.

      Pros

      People are generally nice, but fake.

      Cons

      They’re growing and trying to grow out of the hot mess stemscopes as an organization was. Senior leadership are all brought in by the CEO. These are not educators.

      Pros

      Colleagues are nice, always willing to help. Remote work available for those who reside outside of Houston office. Great resources and sales productivity tools to help you with all parts of the sales cycle.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from higher ups. Once you sell to a customer, the ball has a 50% chance of getting dropped; from implementation to product fulfillment, to communication to customers. No customer success team or retention team to manage existing customer relationships. When customer places an order for physical product, target delivery dates are subject to change especially if it is a smaller deal - may be distributed to a high dollar order for priority. Turnover is at an all time high, as reps' reputations are being tarnished with customers for issues they cannot control.
