Management is in shambles. They don't listen to anyone below them. Everyone's scared to say and do the right thing. Texas politics is massively affecting what curriculum we can teach

Cons

Upper management changes yearly. Company doesn't seem to have a clear action plan and never sticks to the plan. Poor communication. No real diversity amongst upper management.
