1. Management is getting all the bonuses while other employees aren't. 2. No room for career growth. 3. There is a lack of communication from the department.

Work life balance was good. I enjoyed the work and customers.

Cons

Company culture needs a huge improvement. Leadership is not diverse, has no interest in being so. And is very concerned about the bottom line.
