Work life balance if your territory is small. STERIS has a solid reputation from the customers point of view

Cons

Significantly lower pay than the industry standard, especially base pay which is why the reps churn in and out of the territory. If your territory isn’t a booming metro or is geographically small, you’re going to have a hard time making “at plan”. Boys club, bad maternity leave Unfortunately a lot of the job is project management and not sales which leaves you doing a lot of work that doesn’t get you paid what you need to support your family. No attention to career development opportunities from top/down.

Cons

The C-level leadership like in most larger companies only cares about dumb stuff that has nothing to do with productivity. The most important thing there is being in the office to monitor people. They have had a lot of brain drain the last few years because of it.
