Pros

Some really great well connected people work here and you can learn a lot from the senior employees. Work is interesting and there's a lot of support to further your career if your willing to put in the effort. Employee ownership is great if you plan on staying for several years.

Cons

No real office culture, with a very corporate feel. The office space is very stark and boring with high cube walls, you have to leave the building entirely to escape it. Compensation is ok but raises barely cover inflation. Benefits aren't great (No 401k match, health insurance isn't the best
