Great office environment for the Philly office. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Good pay.

Pros

Employee benefits are tops. Being employee owned definitely pays dividends in the ESOP fund after you have become fully invested. Annual raises are based on the overall company performance and not only in the division you work in. Flexibility is a big plus as well.

Cons

Training, training and more training...although there are some opportunities, there isn't nearly enough especially on the design level.

Salary is competitive, lots of talented people work at STV

Cons

Company does not want to invest much into the future of the company. Too many unhappy employees and they do not try to retain them.
