Pros

Salary was competitive. My supervisor and team was great. Laid back feel but this I believe is regional (south more casual and laid back). Off early on some days. Flexible for vacation.

Cons

Employment development was minimal. Once in a while we'd have to watch a powerpoint but other than that it was null...for 2+ years I worked there. Corporate took office vehicle away so any meeting with clients would have to rent a car or use own. Office holiday party was at lunch on a work day and spouses not allowed to come. Felt like the northern offices were treated better/differently than down south. Quality control was poor due to lack of quality system in place for my group. No push to change from mgmt. The top mgmt. is older (I don't think anyone under 50) so change is not in a progressive direction. No bonuses.
