They hire ppl to collect a big referral bonus on after 3 months when the money is collected they'll give some bogus reason to fire them and they'll cash in on the next victim on this Ponze scheme. Impossible deadlines, they interview you for a position you will never fill and have you doing things not related to what you were hired for. No organization. Everything is on a whim and last minute. You will be set up to fail, and they will cut your pay for it.

It is a great place to work. There are a tremendous amount of good, kind-hearted people at STV. I have excellent coworkers and the company provides a rich medical insurance plan and a very good ESOP.

Cons

The non-productive personnel and those who don't contribute to the bottom line need to be addressed.
