Need to Invest in Younger Staff

Pros

The ESOP is a huge benefit that doesn't get as much attention as it should. The projects are really great. A lot of work share among offices and regions so you get exposure to projects in other parts of the country and you meet and work with people in different offices. My pay was great.

Cons

Not a lot of training, especially for younger staff. Despite lots of work it seemed like hardly any employees were hired and when there was new staff it was routinely management level or higher.

Great Company

Pros

Great benefits and salary, new opportunities everyday, very dedicated to training, company culture is very amicable, large amount of employees with many years of service

Cons

i believe the workplace is what you make of it, if you work too much and don't make your family a true priority, the company will let you work endless hours. This is true everywhere. just like everywhere is clicky, not everyone will think the way you do, and you probably won't be the center of everyone's universe. but if you want a place to work that pays you fair, allows you to grow, and a culture that does not smother you, this company would be good for you.
