      Pros

      High bonuses for good work and company performance. Management encourages staff to speak up. I also like the free lunches and stocked kitchens.

      Stressful and long work day

      Thank you for your review. Management does encourage our team to speak up and to provide their ideas to help the firm grow! We appreciate your advice regarding more training - we recently built a new training room at the office with the intent to provide frequent seminars and training for the team at Sunrise.

      Pros

      I liked the people I worked with, I also enjoyed the work I was assigned and my comp.

      Cons

      I wanted to spend half my time in Chicago and half my time overseas. I offered to work remotely while I was out of the country and to be available at any time. They had no flexibility and said that I could use vacation time to travel.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at the company - they offer a good salary and bonus, along with perks like free lunch and gym membership. I am on a small team and I like my manager. It took me some time to get to my team, as they are a quiet group, but they are really nie. I appreciate the variety of tasks I work on, and I am never bored.

      Cons

      The office is super quiet. I would like to talk and hang out more with my coworkers. My desk is small.
