      Pros

      -Transparent management team -Daily lunches with a variety of restaurant selections -Amazing benefits and fully paid healthcare -Free gym membership with workout classes -Collaboration & communication throughout the whole company -Extremely low turnover -Great interview experience -Nespresso coffee Employees truly feel valued here. The challenging & fast-paced environment isn't for everyone, but if it is for you you will thrive here.

      No remote work, but that can be a pro at times because the work-life balance is there

      Pros

      At Sunrise, despite being a smaller company, the compensation and benefits are excellent. They cover my entire health insurance.  I like that I have the chance to make decisions and openly discuss my concerns with my boss.

      Cons

      No work –from-home or hybrid schedule.

      efficient growing company

      Pros

      Very efficient small-size growing company. People usually have some autonomy on what to do. Personal growth depends on individual capability and diligence. nice supplies of snacks and perks in office. great gym access and flexible gym hours.

      Cons

      Very low profile and limited publicity. Technology not the latest. A lot of in house development, so some skillsets aren’t quite transferable elsewhere.
