Highly competitive salary and decent benefits. Up to 4.5% (50% of 9%) 401k matching plus up to 5% 1-for-1 share matching (3yr to mature) making up to 9.5% total benefit. Beating most US defense and aerospace company.

Cons

(For US) Foreign owned company operating under SSA. Many restrictions. Thin on R&D spending. Syracuse site has very snowy winters (a plus if skiing is your thing)
