      None, this place is terrible and senior leadership has no clue how to build an aircraft.

      All! This place it toxic, crap training, leadership sucks, and they fire people for any reason.

      Pros

      Great benefits, plenty of personal/vacation time, personable enough to get to know many people and job security.

      Cons

      New employee training is non-existent. Growing so fast this can create a potential issue. Structure is needed as well. They have recently recognized this and working hard to change that.
